• ELV 6 MONTHS WARRANTY

ELV offers 6 months warranty on majority of its products. Products with different warranties are chargers, cables, screen protectors and glass products. For these products, warranty is only valid for the products having MANUFACTURING DEFECTS.

Accidental drops, installation failures, everyday wear and tear etc. caused by the owner are not covered under this warranty.

• ELV 6 MONTHS WARRANTY EXTENSION

Simply register your products and add an additional 6 months warranty coverage to your choice of product. Once the product is registered, our support team can solve your queries better and quickly.

• SCREEN PROTECTORS WARRANTY

Screen protectors are not covered by warranty once the

protective films have been removed.

• RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST

If your purchase is within our warranty cover, and you believe it is defective, you can contact us to launch your return request.
Please include all accessories, manuals, and original undamaged packaging when returning your purchase back to us. We must receive all products in original condition in order to process your return or exchange request.
